About Us
The mill complex is situated on an area of 13000 sq.m. in the northwest part in the land of Obnova village, Pleven Municipality. Located 30km east of Pleven on the main road Sofia – Ruse.
The region is famous for the cultivation of cereals, which facilitates the procurement and selection of high-quality production of milled wheat products.
Production
The company has built two mills with a total capacity of 150 tona/24ch. The smaller one is put into operation in 2001 and over 12 years has been working successfully with customers from all over the country, as well as for export.
Due to increasing demand of the company's products, the capacity of the mill has proved to be insufficient. As a consequence in 2011. the management of the company decided to apply for EU project and build a new and larger mill in conformity with all European requirements and equipped with machines of the latest generation. The new complex, which includes a storehouse of finished products is put into operation in the end of 2013. The mill line is equipped with highly efficient machines for cleaning and preparation of the wheat which guarantees high quality mill products. The mill is equipped with a computer system for control of technological processes which allows the extraction of flour with high quality. An automated mixing plant has been installed allowing the production of various types of flour as well as special flours with parameters set by the customer.

The finished flours are shipped in bulk, packed 1 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg, 25 kg и 50 kg. bags. Bran are offered in bulk and packed in 25 kg bags.
Silo Facility
The total capacity of the silo facility of the company is 13000 tones wheat. There are five silos with active ventilation and automated system for thermal control, and three smaller silos with capacity 270 tones each.
This allows selection of various types of wheat, and their subsequent mixing to obtain the desired quality parameters. Acceptance of the grain takes place on unloading facility with capacity of 100 t / h.
Quality control
Regarding the challenges in a competitive market environment, the management of "Dechkov-60" LTD puts quality of the products as a top priority, which resulted in a system of quality control. A system of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points – HACCP has been developed and implemented in accordance with the requirements of the European Union.
There is a modern equipped laboratory with qualified specialists working in it. The control of grain, technology and expedition is constant and includes the parameters of incoming raw materials, technological process and finished products. The company has its own bakery, which tests the properties of ready meals.
